From the East and South:
- Take the A46 north of LINCOLN
- Go to the village of FALDINGWORTH
- Turn left toward SPRIDLINGTON
- Travel 1mile and then turn right at the 1st junction,
signposted NEWTOFT
- Travel 1.5 mile to the 90 degree right-hand corner
- At the corner turn left down the no-through road toward
NEWTOFT
- Travel for ¾ of mile passing NEWTOFT housing estate
and carry on to NEWTOFT BUSINESS PARK.
- Pass the large metal gate and bare right
- BOCCASION is at the far end, north side of the business
park.

From the North and North West:
- Take the A15 in the direction of LINCOLN
- Go straight over Caenby Corner roundabout and continue
toward LINCOLN on the A15
- Take the 4th road on the left toward SPRIDLINGTON
- In SPRIDLINGTON, turn right by the church toward FALDINGWORTH.
- Travel 4 miles and take the 1st road to the left toward
NEWTOFT
- Travel 1.5 mile to the 90 degree right-hand corner
- At the corner turn left down the no-through road toward
NEWTOFT
- Travel for ¾ of mile passing NEWTOFT housing estate
and carry on to NEWTOFT BUSINESS PARK.
